  • FILLING:.
  • Combine condensed milk, lemon juice, and eggs in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Strain filling into a bowl and stir in zest. Cool.
  • CAKE:.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F Line a 10x15-inch jellyroll pan with parchment paper.
  • Beat egg yolks, lemon juice, suggar and vanilla until fluffy, about 5 minutes. Beat in zest and remaining dry ingredients. Beat egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff but not dry. Fold egg whites into batter. Spread batter evenly over pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven 13-15 minutes or until cake starts to pull away from pan. Immediately invert cake onto tea towel, and remove parchment paper. Starting from the shorter side, roll up hot cake in tea towel. Cool on rack.
  • GLAZE:.
  • Combine ingredients. Drizzle over cake. Refrigerate cake until ready to eat. Cake can be made and assembled up to 2 days in advance.
  • SAUCE:.
  • Place frozen raspberries and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Lower heat and cook for 5 minutes. Pour sauce through a strainer to remove seeds. Keep up to 5 days in the refrigerator until ready to use.

I am a 56 year old Gramma that, for the first time in my life, has purchase myself a computer, and I didn't know what i was missing!! <br> <br>I have a husband tha I adore, and 4 grandchildren that of course surpass all others - lol - I am disabled, and am an at home person, so I have a lot of time on my hands, to play with my recipes, and I am enjoying every bit of it - <br>My husband will eat anything that I cook, so I have carte blanche as far as that goes, so I have a great time trying out new recipes. <br> <br>Paula Deen has published some of my favorite cookbooks, her recipes are easy and quick to do. Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
