Ingredients Nutrition

  • Blueberry sauce
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 12 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 12 tablespoons bottled lemon curd
  • 12 slices poundcake, thin slices (Sara Lee works great)

Directions

  1. In saucepan, over high heat, cook all sauce ingredients 2 minutes, or until thickened.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon lemon curd over 1 side of the 12 pound cake slices.
  3. Sandwich (stack) three slices together and dust with extra powdered sugar.
  4. Serve with blueberry sauce.
