Lemon, Yoghurt and Poppy Seed Dip.

"A delicious Middle-Eastern dip, if you don't have any plain yoghurt you can use sour cream, it works just as well. Serve with grilled Pita bread chips."

  • Crush the garlic and cook in a pan, until cooked completely, but not brown.
  • Mix all other ingredients together.
  • Serve.

  1. Refreshing and light...used as a condiment for Butter Chicken and Naan Bread for dipping. A little too much lemon in my opinion, I used the juice from a large lemon. Next time, I would use 1/2 a large lemon or a small one. Poppy seeds added a real nice touch. Thanks for posting the recipe.
