Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 14 cups vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 13 cup butter or 13 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade
  • 1 quart frozen yogurt (lemon or vanilla work best)
  • 12 cup whipped topping
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest

Directions

  1. Mix wafer crumbs and butter. Press into a 9" square pan.
  2. Beat the lemonade and yogurt until well blended and spread over crumb mixture.
  3. Freeze until set, usually about 3-4 hours.
  4. Serve with whipped topping, sprinkled with lemon zest.
