- Bring 2-3 cups of water to a boil. Pour into gallon size pitcher, add tea bags and steep for 5-10 minutes, to taste. (I have left it overnight before; leave it as long as you like, the longer it steeps the stronger it gets, but 10 minutes is sufficient.).
- Remove tea bags, and add the lemonade mix. Top with cold water and ice to fill the pitcher. I usually don't have ice, and just chill it a few hours in my fridge.

Wow this is good stuff! I am avoiding sugar substitutes as much as possible during my pregnancy, had a craving for sweet tea, but didn't want to load it down with pure sugar either. I used decaffinated black tea and regular lemonade mix... followed their directions for making a gallon of lemonade. I also doubled the tea bags for extra strong tea. Great for the summer - thanks for sharing! Also think the colder it gets, the better!

I have been making this for about a year!!! I was trying to make an iced lemonade tea like starbucks. The only thing that makes it better is to put this in a shaker with ice and shake it for about 5-10 seconds! Makes it a little frothy, but OH SO GOOD! I also make it by the glass, by just putting a little powdered lemonade in a glass of tea and stir! MMMmmmmm.
