Lemonade-Stand Lemonande

"Perfect Lemonade that has strong lemon flavor balanced with a subtle sweetness! We usually double to make 1 gallon for selling purposes. Bottled lemon juice will work. The amount of water will depend on your taste - start with the 5 1/2 cups then add more till it suits your taste. Time depends on if you are squeezing fresh lemons or using bottled juice. Some suggest creating a syrup first by boiling 2 cups of the water with the 1 cup sugar so that it dissolves better then pouring the mixture into the rest of the cold water. It takes 1 bag or about 8 medium sized lemons to get the 1 1/2 cups lemon juice. We also use a 2 quart "mixer pitcher." We also keep extra ice in a cooler to put in the glass before giving to our customers."
