Lemondaise Sauce

"Part of a shrimp recipe from Sunkist. Would be great over most any fish, veggie or eggs Benedict...anywhere you might use hollandaise sauce"

  • Combine wine, shallots and lemon peel in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until reduced by half.
  • Whisk in cream, tumeric and salt. Bring to a simmer while whisking.
  • Whisk in cornstarch and water mixture.
  • Remove from heat and mix in lemon juice.
