  1. So the liquid doesn’t convert when you increase the number of servings. How much liquid do I use for eight servings?

  1. Easy way to give a little extra flavor to basmati rice. I have made it with white basmati as well and just reduced cooking time to about 15 minutes. Great side dish.

  2. Good variation on the standard rice. I did do it with white basmati rice and maybe i didn't quite wing the fluffyness that everyone talks about. The flavor was definitely on the spot, and went rather well with "spicy indian dahl recipe"

  3. I had a bottle of lemon juice but I didn't have a lemon on hand so I added 1/2 tbsp of juice to the amount written and did everything else as directed. This went very well with Kozmic Blues' Recipe #84474.

  4. Love it! Used long grain brown basmati rice. I did double the amount of lemon though. I'm a lemon addict! thanks! cg ;)

  5. I thought this was a great recipe. I made this with Baked Chicken. The aroma was heavenly while cooking. Since my bay leafs looked kind of sad, I added a chicken boulllion cube on a whim. The cooking time was right on the money, the rice came out nice and fluffy. I would suggest making this with an Thai or Indian dish though it went nicely with my chicken. Will definitely make this again.
