Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cond. milk, lemon juice and lemon zest. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream sugar and butter.
  4. Add flour, baking powder, salt and oatmeal. Mix until coarse crumbs form.
  5. Firmly press half of the crumb mixture onto the bottom of a buttered 8x12" baking dish.
  6. Pour condensed milk mixture on top.
  7. Cover with remaining crumb mix and press down gently.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until brown around edges.
  9. Chill before cutting.
  10. Enjoy! :).
