Directions

  1. Place meat in plastic bag. For marinade, combine remaining ingredients and add to bag.
  2. Let stand in the refrigerator 2-24 hours. Drain meat, reserving marinade.
  3. Preheat broiler. Place meat on broiler pan. Broil for 15-18 minutes, turning and brushing with the marinade half way through cooking.
  4. Thinly slice on the diagonal before serving.
