- 2 pork tenderloin
- 2 (15 ounce) cans chicken gravy
- olive oil
- 6 1⁄2 ounces mushrooms
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
- 1⁄4 cup white wine
directions
- Season pork with salt and pepper and garlic powder and rub with olive oil. Put in a ziplock bag and marinate overnight.
- Bake at 350 in a pan (roasting pan, aluminum, glass or whatever) for 15 minutes, then turn over and bake 15 more, until pork is brown on the outside.
- Remove pork and cut into slices of desired thickness.
- Put pork back in the pan and add gravy, mushrooms and wine. Rinse the gravy can with wine and pour that in, too.
- Put back in oven until gravy bubbles, about 30 minutes. Taste and mix, cover the pan and put back in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 more minutes.
