  1. Stir together the sugar cocoa powder , cornstarch and salt in a medium saucepan. Gradually stir in the milk.
  2. Cover over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture is thickened and is bubbly.
  3. boil 1 min then remove from heat.
  4. Gradually stir about half the hot filling into yolks, then return all to the saucepan keep stiring untill its.Heated to a gentile boil and then remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla.
  5. Pour the filling into the crusts.
  6. Press plastic wrap directy into the surface.
  7. Cool and refrigerate until set 4-6 Hours
  8. Garnish with whipped cream.
