  • Cut the onion by semirings and fry on vegetable oil to the light brown color.
  • Rub the carrot on the grater, add some salt, sprinkle with the lemon juice and stew to the readiness.
  • Clean the fish and dismantle to the pieces.
  • Cool the carrot and onion, mix it with the fish and fill by mayonnaise.
  • If necessary add some salt.
  • Lay out lettuce to the dish and decorate.
