Light Banana Bread

"I adapted this from Kraft's "What's Cooking". To cut calories further it works pretty well without the walnuts, but it is so good with them."

  • Heat oven to 350.
  • combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients until all is moist and pour into a 9x5 loaf pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
  • Bake 1 hour or until tooth pick comes out clean. Cool in pan about 10 minute place on wire rack to finish cooling.
