Directions

  1. Cook rice.
  2. Cook capsicum and beans.
  3. Stir Fry beef using enough water to stop it from sticking until browned. Stir in ginger, hoisin and soy.
  4. Add beans and capsicum and stir until warm through.
  5. Serve over rice.
