  • Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain.
  • Mash the potatoes. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, milk, salt, garlic powder and pepper; beat until smooth. Stir in chives. Sprinkle with paprika.

  1. Perfect potatoes, light and fluffy and great flavor. The garlic powder ended up being a bit too strong for us, but I thought the garlic/paprika combination was really good. I used red potatoes, didn't peel them and added a bit more milk. Delicious and diet friendly, thanks seesko!
     
  2. I did half the recipe and cooked the potatoes in my steamer machine. I used no-salt seasoning. And dried chives. This is yummy. Thanks Seesko. Made for Bevy tag.
