Directions

  1. Boil salad macaroni for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain and rinse with cold water, place in large mixing bowl.
  3. Add 1 cup of mayonnaise and mix well.
  4. Dice onion, chop eggs, cube cheese and drain olives.
  5. Add to bowl and mix well.
  6. Add rest of mayonnaise and dijon mustard.
  7. Mix well and chill.
