  3. 3. Blend the two mixutres, fold in chips.
  4. 4. generoously fill 24 greased(non stick cooking spray) or paper-lined muffin cups. Sprinkle oats on top.
  5. 4 Bake at 400 degrees F. for 16-20 minute.
