  1. In a medium skillet combine sauerkraut, beer, and mustard. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to med. and simmer until liquid is absorbed, about 10 minutes.
  2. Spray an indoor grill or waffle maker wth cooking spray.
  3. Assemble sandwich. Lay out 4 slices of bread top each with mustard, sauerkraut, 2 slices corned beef, 2 slices ham, and 1 slice cheese. Top each sandwich with remaining slices of bread. spread 1 tsp butter on top and bottom of each sandwich. Cook on grill till lightly browned and cheese melts.
