  1. In a large non-stick skillet heat oil on med. high heat. Add diced potatoes & onions and cook for about 10 minute stir frequently.
  2. Add bell pepper & spinach, cook for another 8-10 min, stir often.
  3. When potatoes are done , stir in mushrooms, alfredo sauce, and shrimp.lower flame. heat through and serve.
