Directions

  1. Sift together flour, cream of tartar, salt and baking soda. Cream margarine and sugar. Add to creamed mixture the eggs and vanilla.
  2. Mix until combined well.
  3. Add in the sifted dry ingredients. Roll and flour on cutting board. Cut into desired shapes. Sprinkle with sugar.
  4. Bake at 350 about 8-10 minutes.
