Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 12 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (16 ounce) package Little Smokies sausages
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen cut green beans
  • salt & pepper

Directions

  1. In a large pot, combine all ingredients.
  2. Add enough water to just cover ingredients.
  3. Over medium heat, cook until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Dump into large colander to remove any remaining water.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
