Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 ounces sour cream
  • 4 ounces Greek yogurt
  • 2 limes, zested finely
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, fresh (more or less to taste depending on the lime)

Directions

  1. Mix together the sour cream and Greek yogurt.
  2. Wash the limes thoroughly.
  3. Zest both limes into the cream mixture and stir.
  4. Add lime juice a squeeze at a time until you like the taste. Some limes are more tart than others.
  5. This can be served right away, but it tastes better after an hour in the refrigerator and is even better the next day.
