  1. Mmmmmmm this is a lovely tart and refreshing treat! I made one small change, using lemon-lime soda in place of the club soda (it was what I had available). Thanks for sharing! [Made for Spring 2013 Pick A Chef]

  2. This was absolutely wonderful. I love LIMES and this couldn't be any better. I used key limes and key lime sherbert in this lovely frozen drink, it was sweet, tart and tangy, quick and easy to make and even easier to enjoy. I will be making this again and again. Thanks for sharing another Winner twissis.

  3. This was really good! VERY sweet. I made it for a birthday celebration at work. Thanks for an easy recipe. Other people asked for it.

  4. This is absolutely delicious. It has just the right amount of sweet and tart w/o the extra sweetness. I followed the ingredients per recipe. Made for PRMR. I used these ingredients to make a lime punch for school. I used all the ingredients exactly but didn't put in blender.

I am an American transplanted from Dallas to Iceland by marriage to a native Icelander & I retired to become his "Kitchen Queen". We love to entertain our family & friends, so I have an eclectic collection of recipes. I especially love simple, easy-fix, flexible & make-ahead recipes - BUT also like challenging myself on occasion. I enjoy baking & food photography. I am devoted to the "More is Always Better Principle" & apply it liberally to bacon, butter & garlic. I can have ingredient issues due to availability here in Iceland & my DH is medically diet-restricted from some ingredients as well. Either situation might require me to modify a recipe, but I will do my best to be true to your recipes & fair/honest in my reviews. Mary Pat (aka twissis)
