Lime & Garlic Grilled Salmon

"I make this on our George Foreman Grill and serve it with rice and grilled zucchini, it's fabulous! When I haven't cleaned the grill yet and I'm feeling lazy, I broil it or fry it, it works just as well."

  1. This is very good and easy to make. I juiced 3 limes, pressed 3 cloves of garlic, used dried dill weed instead of fresh, and substituted sweet paprika for the celery salt. I did marinate my salmon for close to an hour and a half though. We grilled it on the gas grill and it turned out perfect. I definitely recommend this to anyone.

  2. We enjoyed this salmon tonight and I really appreciated how fast it was to put together. My husband thought that the lime was a bit strong so next time I might cut back on the amount of the juice as there was plenty for just the two steaks. Despite cooking salmon once a week and using my Foreman grill lots I, for some reason, have never done fish on it but that will change because it was so quick and cooked it perfectly. Thank you for teaching me a new method for cooking and enjoying healthy meals. Made for Healthy Tag.

  3. This was wonderful. Full of flavor and my (4) yo ate it too. I didn't let it marinade quite as long, but the flavor was great.

  4. LOVED IT! I had to saute them on the stove since I had a cake in the oven and hubby wasn't available to barbeque them. I sauted in equal parts butter and olive oil. Edited to say I've made these again and they were just as good!

  5. It was just okay for me. Maybe I would have liked it more on my gas grill instead of the Foreman one. It was limey enough but not enough other flavor. Maybe some olive oil would help. I am not sure, but it just was okay for me.
