Directions

  1. In a skillet, saute garlic in butter for 1 minute.
  2. Add the shrimp, peas, basil, parsley and pepper.
  3. Stir-fry for 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are crisp-tender.
  4. Add broth and lime juice and cook and stir for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in cheese, milk and lime peel.
  6. Serve as is or over spaghetti.
