Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 (3 ounce) packages lime gelatin, I use Jell-o
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 6 chocolate-covered vanilla ice cream pops

Directions

  1. In a large bowl dissolve Jell-o in boiling water,.
  2. Add cold water and chill until the consistency of thick egg whites.
  3. Beat with electric mixer until smooth and thick.
  4. Add whole popsicle one at a time and beat until smooth.
  5. Pour into mold that has been lightly sprayed with Pam or into glass bowl.
