Ingredients Nutrition
- 12 chicken drumsticks
- 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh rosemary
- 1⁄4 cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1⁄4 cup tequila
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Directions
- place all ingredients except chicken in a 1 gallon zip lock bag a shake like a polaroid picture. add chicking, making sure all pices are coated. squeeze all air out and zip up. place in fridge for a half hour. get grill to medium hot and if using drumstick hangers, place as far front as possible. turn rack after 15 minutes. remove after 1/2 hour and enjoy.
