  • Warm the milk and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  • Let the mixture cool completely, and add the lime juice, zest, and 1 1/2 oz. of tequila.
  • Freeze the mixture.
  • Once it's solid, pour remaining tequila over the frozen mix, and stir.
  • Pour into a glass, and top with seltzer.

<p>I'm a stay at home mom with a 3 year old son, and a student studying for my bachelors in environmental science.</p> <p>I learned how to cook from watching my Grandmother Dee growing up, as well as watching culinary shows after school.
