Directions

  1. Saute garlic in 1 tablespoon butter and 2 tablespoons olive oil until wilted.
  2. Add mushrooms and saute until they are beginning to dry out a bit.
  3. Add the remaining butter and oil and allow to melt.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and toss with cooked, drained linguine to thoroughly incorporate ingredients.
  5. Taste, adjust seasoning & enjoy!
