  • Saute garlic in 1 tablespoon butter and 2 tablespoons olive oil until wilted.
  • Add mushrooms and saute until they are beginning to dry out a bit.
  • Add the remaining butter and oil and allow to melt.
  • Season with salt and pepper and toss with cooked, drained linguine to thoroughly incorporate ingredients.
  • Taste, adjust seasoning & enjoy!

  1. Scaled back for one serve though only used 3 ounces of linguine otherwise made as per recipe with the addition of finely grated parmesan on top and made for a thoroughly enjoyable and delicious dinner, thank you lazyme made for Only The Lonely tag game at FF&F.
