ingredients
- 1 lb linguine, cooked al dente
- 1 lb mushroom, thinly sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, sliced thin
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt & pepper
directions
- Saute garlic in 1 tablespoon butter and 2 tablespoons olive oil until wilted.
- Add mushrooms and saute until they are beginning to dry out a bit.
- Add the remaining butter and oil and allow to melt.
- Season with salt and pepper and toss with cooked, drained linguine to thoroughly incorporate ingredients.
- Taste, adjust seasoning & enjoy!
