  1. I had a small chunk of smoked salamon and wanted to make something quick for dinner, so I decided to try this recipe. I made a small change, though, and used alfredo sauce. It was quick, easy and wonderful. Thanks

  2. Dancer, this is an awesome recipe! It is very easy to make & tastes like it came from a 4 star restaurant! I added some chopped parsley, & used a bit less salt. Thank you!

  3. I made this for lunch today, using bavette in place of the linguine. I like smoked salmon to be lightly cooked through when served with pasta, so I heated the sauce ingredients, added the smoked salmon, and tossed this mixture through the cooked pasta. The butter and oil gave the pasta a lovely texture. This is a great dish for anyone looking for a dish that requires few ingredients, and is quick and easy to make. Don't skimp on the salt & pepper!

  5. This was very good! I just mixed the salmon in the sauce and spooned it over spinach fettucini. My kid's weren't thrilled but I didn't expect they would be, but my husband and I both liked it alot! I will definitely make it again!
