  1. I thought this was very good ! A nice quick meal to help use up that bag of shrimp I had in the freezer . This was very rich and creamy and the garlic was perfect in this ! Not overpowering , as I thought it might be !

  2. This was absolutely delicious! So simple to make. "Doctored" it up like Laura70 with a little salt and pepper and converted from metric measurements and made a smaller portion. This rich dish reminds me of a dish that would be served at a fine Italian restaurant! Thanks Chippy!

  4. At first I though this had too much Garlic, but I love garlic. I followed the recipe completely. WOW! This was very, very good! I served it with a side salad and Basil Pesto Focaccia. Very good meal! Thanks Chippy for shareing!

  5. This is pretty rich, but then again, it's meant to be that way. I cooked the garlic with the mushrooms and onions in additional butter. I also added salt, pepper, garlic salt, garlic pepper, and a little sugar. Who'd have thought you could make the perfect alfredo sauce with a stick of butter and a block of cream cheese? This would be a good recipe to make for company, too.
