- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 3 lbs rump roast
- 1 cup nonfat beef broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
directions
- Place roast in crockpot.
- Mix broth, onion soup, salt and pepper in small dish and pour over roast.
- Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or until meat is tender.
