  • Peel and slice potatoes.
  • Cook in salted, boiling water til tender.
  • Drain.
  • While they're cooking, fry bacon and onion til onion is tender.
  • Mix in cream, salt and pepper.
  • Add potato and bacon mixture.
  • Toss.
  • Serve warm, garnished with dill or parsley.
