  • 1. mix together the hashbrowns and oil, then press into the bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish and bake at 475 for 15 minutes.
  • 2. meanwhile, beat together the eggwhites, milk and onions.
  • 3. remove hashbrowns from oven, and turn it down to 350.
  • 4. layer the meat and cheese on top, pour the egg mixture on top and bake for 30 mins, till the eggs are done.
