1. Love reubens, had some leftover kraut, had a small bag of corned beef in my freezer and had swiss, usually do. Had a friend stop over, big party tomorrow night so we were putting things together after the store run. Made these. Quick easy, simple. Had thousand Island. Easy quick, great flavor, nothing hard and just a good light snack with a couple of cold beverages. I'll remember for next time, it was so easy. Thx Kim

 2. Awesome - I love the little birst of flavor you get when you bite in and taste the sauerkraut - great with thousand island - especially if the thousand island dressing is warmed up to at least room temp.

 3. Very good but will probably stick with Baked Reuben Loaf as it is just a little less time-consuming. Both recipes make great appetizers!

 4. These were soo good, and easy to make. They were all gone before the party even really started!! I didn't use all of the sauerkraut, but there was still enough filling.

I have a wonderful wife who likes to cook- and even lets me, sometimes!! We have 3 beautiful children, that would rather just go to Chik-fil-A than eat at home.
