Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Beat butter and honey with an electric mixer.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients except the powdered sugar.
  4. Shape dough into walnut size balls and place about 1 inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake 12-14 minutes or until just starting to brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  7. Roll cookies in icing sugar until well coated.
