Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 slices fresh ginger (thickness of a quarter, peeled)
  • 1 tablespoon dried chamomile or 1 tablespoon fresh dried chamomile
  • 2 slices burdock root (1/2-inch each)
  • 1 piece dried dandelion root (1-inch)
  • 2 teaspoons dried mint or 2 teaspoons of fresh mint

Directions

  1. Boil water and then steep remaining ingredients for 10-15 minutes. Strain. Drink once a day.
