  • In a large bowl, toss togehter vegetables.
  • In a jar with lid add all dressing ingredients.
  • Refrigerate.
  • When ready to serve mix all ingredients together and serve.
  • Ramen noodles will loose their crunch after awhile so it is always best to mix everything together right before you serve it.

  1. Oh Liz, I really wanted to like this, and it did have it's plus side. The combination lettuce and cabbage is very nice, but the flavor was much too bland for us. I used the chicken bouillon and did everything exactly as directed except for leaving out the cucumbers and the water. I couldn't figure out what it was missing, so I just went ahead and added the ramen seasoning packet. It is a very pretty salad. :hugs:
