- 20 ounces frozen corn
- 8 ounces whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- On medium heat put frozen corn and whipping cream in pan until it boils. Turn it down.
- In another pan, melt butter and add flour, sugar and salt to make a roux. Add to corn mixure and mix well. It will become thick.
- Put into a casserole pan and bake uncovered at 350 for 20-25 minute.
