  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. On medium heat put frozen corn and whipping cream in pan until it boils. Turn it down.
  3. In another pan, melt butter and add flour, sugar and salt to make a roux. Add to corn mixure and mix well. It will become thick.
  4. Put into a casserole pan and bake uncovered at 350 for 20-25 minute.
