Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box cornbread mix
  • 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 14 cup fresh spinach, chopeed
  • 14 cup black beans, roughly chopped
  • 14 red pepper, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Do not overmix.
  2. Pour into greased 8x8 baking dish.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min or until edges are golden brown or toothpick tests clean.
