ingredients
- 3⁄4 ounce Kahlua
- 6 ounces hot coffee
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- sugar, to taste if desired
directions
- Mix everything in an irish coffee mug.
- Stir until cocoa powder dissolves.
- Serve at once.

Oh Yum, sooo good. Love coffee, cream and cocoa, then you throw Kahlua in the mix and I am hooked. Lovely, rich, thick coffee with attitude. This drink is so good! I added a tablespoon of chocolate malted milk powder as someone had used up all of my cocoa powder without telling me. Hmmm? I wonder who that was? Made for the Summer 2009 Comfort Cafe. -
