- 1 potato
- 2 1⁄2 ounces red caviar
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1⁄4 onion (grated)
- salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)
- fresh pita bread
directions
- Boil potato until tender.
- Drain. Peel. Rice.
- Stir in the caviar.
- Blend oil in with a mixer until smooth.
- Stir in lemon juice, yogurt and onion.
- Season.
- Serve with pita.
