Directions

  1. Remove large outer leaves from endive. There should be about 6-8 large ones. Reserve core for another use.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add milk, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in 3/4 of the watercress.
  5. Fill leaves with mix.
  6. Place remaining watercress on plates.
  7. Top with endive spears.
