- 1 (8 -10 lb) ham
- 6 garlic cloves (minced)
- 3 teaspoons rosemary (minced)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fennel seed
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)
directions
- Make deep cuts all over ham.
- Puree the garlic, rosemary, fennel and oil. Season.
- Rub into cuts.
- Wrap tightly. Chill 24 hours.
- Heat oven 300.
- Place ham in a roasting pan.
- Roast 3 hours.
