  1. Heat oven 350.
  2. Half papyaya. Scoop out seeds. Discard.
  3. Chop 1/3 of the flesh. Place in a bowl.
  4. Reserve rest for another use.
  5. Salt papaya halves. Invert for 20 minutes.
  6. Rinse. Dry well.
  7. To papaya in bowl, add rest. Mix well.
  8. Fill papaya halves with mix.
  9. Place on a baking sheet. Bake 40 minutes.
  10. YUM!
