- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 small green pepper (chopped)
- 1⁄2 lb colby cheese (shredded)
- 1⁄2 lb cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 1⁄2 cups cooked rice
- 3⁄4 - 1 cup sweet hot chili sauce
- salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)
- 1 head soft lettuce (separated)
directions
- Brown beef and onion.
- Let cool slightly.
- Stir in the green pepper, cheeses, rice, sauce, salt and pepper.
- Wrap mix in lettce to eat.
- YUM!
