  1. Fry ground beef and allow to cool.
  2. Grate cheese.
  3. Chop onions.
  4. dice peppers.
  5. shred lettuce.
  6. Dice and seed tomato.
  7. Once ground beef is cool add all ingredients except tortilla chips and toss until mixed well. Refrigerate for 1 hour to allow ground beef to absorb dressing.
  8. Add chips when ready to serve.
