  • 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, in small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 34 cup milk
  • 1 - 1 12 tablespoon canadian rye whiskey

  • Combine chocolate, salt, egg, and vanilla, in an electric blender.
  • Heat milk in small saucepan over medium heat until it just boils, and pour it into the blender.
  • Cover and blend at high speed for about a minute.
  • Pour into ramekins and chill for about 3 hours.
  • Serve with whipped cream that has 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of Canadian rye whisky added to it.
  • Makes 3 reasonable servings.
