  1. Cream the butter; add egg yolk, orange juice, and orange rind.
  2. Sift flour and icing sugar.
  3. Gradually mix this into the butter mixture.
  4. Mix in walnuts, white choolate chips, and filter coffee.
  5. Place rolled balls of the mixture on a greased tray, well spaced out as they spread while baking.
  6. Flatten lightly with a damp fork.
  7. Bake 20 minutes at gas 3, or until colouring around the edges.
  8. They will crisp as they cool.
